The Excalibur remake is apparently in the works and Warner Brothers is setting their sites on Guy Ritchie to direct the movie, following the scoring success of his last directorial work, Sherlock Holmes.

The Excalibur remake will be produced by the same people who has brought in 300, which means with Ritchie and this production in the project, expect another kick-ass blockbuster remake.

The production is now scouting for writers for the film.

On the other hand, Bryan Singer was also expected to do an Excalibur remake and from the looks of it, these two films will be totally different.

Excalibur is a very popular film from the early 80’s and was directed by John Boorman. It boasts of a superb cast and excellent storytelling.

Everyone is going crazy over the scheduled showing of the Twilight Sage: New Moon. While the much anticipated sequel is still 6 months off, a lot of posters, trailers, teasers and pictures are coming out one after the other.
