Oh my have you seen Fergie lately? I thought she was pregnant because she gained a lot of weight but I was wrong, she needed to gain 20 pounds to play a 1920’s italian whore in a musical movie. She and Penelope Cruz went to restaurants and ate all the fried and salty foods until they can’t breathe. The musical movie “Nine” is out on Christmas day and it’s about  a guy experiencing his midlife crisis and met a whore (Fergie).

Fergie admitted that in real life she considers herself a half whore. She explained that in italy, catholic boys are raised to believe that there are two kinds of woman, The Madonna and a whore, Fergie said that she was both. Honestly even if Fergie gained a lot of weight, I still consider her as one of the hottest woman in the music industry.

Fergie is from the famous band, Black Eyed Peas and they have been touring around the world to promote their album. I got a feeling and boom boom pow stayed on top of the music charts for quite sometime. Fergie  tried to go solo and people supported her but unfortunatelysome people thinks that she’s better when she sings with the group. Fergie is thankful for her hot husband for supporting her all the way. She said that Josh Duhamel (her husband) didn’t criticize her when she started gaining weight. Even though there are rumors that Josh is been having an affair, Fergie strongly believes that it isn’t true and that Josh is a faithful husband.

American Idol was known of producing talented people in the music industry, and we all know that without Simon Cowell’s judgements, American Idol won’t be complete. According to Simon’s brother, he (Simon) won’t be joining the judges this 2010 season. This will be the ninth season of the idol and they are willing to start the show even if Simon is not present.

Simon has a lot of commitments that’s why he has to let go of the famous talent search American Idol. People are saying that it’ll be a different show because let’s admit it, even if Simon’s judgements are somehoe  below the belt, we know that he’s just being frank and absolutely honest. Unlike Paula Abdul who uses flowery language to earn viewers approval, Simon doesn’t care if he receives millions of boohs and bahs as long as his saying the truth. His style of judging is very different and a lot of people are trying to follow his footsteps, but no one could ever compete with the real Simon Cowell.

There are rumors that since Paula and Simon won’t be around the next season, Ellen de Generes will take over. Wow! I can’t wait because I really find her as one of the craziest and  funniest host ever. Simon and Ellen would have been a great combination because of their different attitudes. I just wish the next season of American Idol would be a different one and not just like other boring shows. Some of the reporters said that Adam Lambert would also join the new batch of judges. I hope this is not true (evil laugh)

Steven Tyler, the vocalist of the famous rock band AEROSMITH entered the rehabilitation center due to his addiction of  painkillers. Tyler admitted that he needed help from his family and friends. He didn’t deny that he was a drug dependent and that he was ready to give it up for the sake of his career and fans. This will be the second time that Tyler will be in rehab due to his addiction. He said that he’s been suffering from chronic pains over the last 10 years of performing.

Tyler said that he’s very eager to get well so that he can work again and be with his family and bandmates. His band Aerosmith has been with him through good times and bad times, that’s why he loves it so much. Tyler is doing his best to be in good shape so that it won’t no longer be hassle to the group. We all know that this rock band has been performing for more than ten years now and Tyler thinks that it’s a good thing that it didn’t break up.

Tyler admitted that his band somehow planned to move on without him, but he was thankful that they considered of keeping him as their vocalist. It was really a tough time for Tyler but he knows that he needed to be inside the rehab to help himself getover with his drug addiction. His daughter Liv Tyler thanked everybody who continued to support his loving dad.  She said that his dad is  a very courageous man and that she’s very proud of him.

There are rumors going around Taylor Swift will star in the next Supergirl reboot. There are a lot of candidates in line but a studio insider has claimed that the singer is on top of the list because “she has all the right elements to be a positive role model to…”

However, this rumor remains unfounded, even as it has been going on for about two weeks now. No one from Warner Brothers is confirming if there is indeed an upcoming Supergirl movie, not especially when there are still other action heroes movie slated for reviving next year.

Taylor Swift, however, may be a good choice, given that she has plenty of avid young followers who do look up to her.

The original Supergirl was released in the 80’s and it starred Helen Slater.

We know that there were past issues about Leanne Rimes dating other man (Eddie Cibrian whom Rimes starred within a lifetime televison movie “Northern Lights” ) and now her husband  (Dean Sheremet) officially filed a divorce. The couple finally said that they were separated since September and that this is the only time they have to file the divorce paper.

Leanne and Dean were married for 8 years and never had a baby. Their reason for filing divorce is ”irreconcilable differences” and that Rimes has been having relationship outside the marriage. Dean is asking for spousal support and to have his attorney’s fee paid by his ex-wife Leanne Rimes.

I don’t know which one of them is right or wrong but why ask for spousal support if they don’t have any kids? Is that even appropriate? Dean should just look for a job and let Leanne live her own life. Honestly, I really hate couples divorcing, it’s like a fad now in the showbiz industry. I really don’t know the real reason of Leanne and Dean’s divorce but I hope they’ll be happy with their decision.

For Leanne, (who is a famous country singer) I wish she was able to explain to the media what really took place on her marriage so that she wasn’t labeled as a “cheater”, “B****” etc. I think she’s really a good person and I hope that this divorce taught her a great lesson in life. And as for Dean, I hope after he filed this divorce paper, he’d be able to live independently and be happy.

Britney Spears received a brand new white BMW convertible at her Calabasas home during her birthday celebration. For most of the people who was given the chance to celebrate with her that day said that it was a different kind of party. There was no alcohol serve during the night and all just wanted to have fun in a mellow way. Britney’s boyfriend, Jason Trawick went shopping with her before the big night.

I’m very happy to know that Britney is now over will all those crazy stuff that she did in the public (shaving her head, no undies on public etc.) I know she’s been through hell and she needed help from her loving family. I believe that Britney was able to face all the challenges in her life with perseverance. Now,She’s very happy that things are going smooth with her family even though she’s not with her ex-husband Kevin Federline, she’s still having a blast with her 2 boys. 

Surprisingly, there were only about 20 people who attended the party and Britney’s mom and sister weren’t there. There were some rumors that the family is not in good terms because of the star’s boyfriend. Whether this is true or not, I’m still glad that Britney is doing great and she’s able to stand on her both feet again.

Britney just recently started decorating her house in Calabasas for the upcoming Christmas. The light are so overwhelming and I’m sure her kids would truly enjoy this season. I hope Britney will continue to stay strong for herself and also for her family.

Nicole Sullivann is a popular American actress, comedienne and a voice artist. In October 2008, Sullivan started acting in the lifetime TV show Rita Rocks, and up to this date she can’t deny that she’s still enjoying every minute of it. Sullivan admitted that she has to put aside her passion in music and continue on with her acting. But her segments now in Rita Rocks gave her the oppurtunity to practice her love for music. She plays a suburban, guitar-playing mom who gathers some neighbors to fulfill her garage band dream. Sullivan believes that music plays an important role in our lives. She also said that music makes everybody a better person. Parents who are also musically inclined envies Sullivan for she has enough time to practice guitar with her sons off cam.

Making Music’s editor-in-chief Antoinette Follett agrees. “When you make time for the things you love, you see the benefits in every area of your life. Both on and off camera, Nicole shows us that it’s never too late to pick up an instrument and start making music.”

This is a great example for all people out there who forgot their passion in music. It is time to use that God given talents. Sullivan is just one of  the people who really stood up and made a decision to go back to their musical roots.

During the American Music Awards, Taylor Swift  won 5 major prizes, including the Artist of the year. This young and talented singer has proved everyone (including the insenstive Kanye West who humiliated Taylor) that she deserves to win. Also that remarkable night, Rihanna and Whitney Houston gave their own presentations that made people overwhelmed by their comebacks. Lady Gaga and Adam Lambert also gave their very impressing performances that night.

For most of the people, that night was a memorable one because they honored the late Michael Jackson. Jermaine Jackson accepted all the honor on His brother’s behalf. He said “It’s not just about the winnings, the awards, it’s mainly the message. The message that Michael had will live on forever…and he saw good in everyone and he wanted them to do good.  To start with love and let’s love each other.”

The night was also full of joyful and inspirational songs from different artists. Houston performed her new single “I didn’t know my own strength” which got a standing ovation. Shakira also brought down the house with her new drum-heavy single “Give it up to me”. Mary J. Blige, Carry Underwood, Alicia Keys, Jay-Z, Black-eyed peas, Eminem, 50 cent, Madonna and Jennifer Lopez also gave their breath taking performances. We’re blessed with so may talented people in the music industry and they really deserve to have these awesome awards. I hope that the next generation will also produce young artists that will promote good music. More power to the music industry!

Before I start blogging about my featured star today, I just want to make it clear that I am not a big fan but her recent issue really got my attention.

Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service. Celebrities like Ellen DeGeneres, Selena Gomez, Justin Timberlake and a lot more shares their daily activities with their so called “followers”. But recently The famous popstar Miley Cyrus, erased her account in twitter. Why? well a lot of people said that it’s because of her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, but she totally denied it. So to make people shut their mouth from all the gossips, Miley proudly made a video of why she erased her account. (Click this link to watch the video: Goodbye Twitter) A lot of people hated her for making such a big deal out of it, but some stayed loyal and fought for Miley’s right for privacy. Well,  let’s admit it, Miley is really popular especially with the kids in this generation. She’s a star and kids can’t get enough of her. But why make a video? Madonna adopted a child recently, but she didn’t make a video about it. Taylor Swift was interrupted by Kanye West during her speech, but she also didn’t make a video about that incident. My point is why make a fuzz about it? No big deal. She erased her account because she wants privacy, but my goodness she’s a celebrity. Once you’ve entered the world of celebrities, you erase the word “privacy” from your vocabulary. Get the picture? I’m done.

The Los Angeles coroner’s office has finally released its findings on Michael Jackson’s death, and the results were shocking.  It classifies the singer’s death as a homicide, which means that someone–in this case Jackson’s personal physician–knowingly caused him harm leading to his death.

The news is shocking because while  fans have been decrying Dr. Conrad Murray’s role in Jackson’s death all summer, I think we all thought it was more of a moral culpability than a truly literal, legal one.  But this is the guy who gave his troubled patient a deadly combination of drugs, including propofil, which was the likely cause of Jackson’s death.  At least he should be considered criminally negligent.

Murray, of course, says he did nothing wrong…a strange claim made by someone who lied to both police and doctors about what exactly he’d given his famous patient.  And just because he might be responsible for Jackson’s death doesn’t mean a crime was committed.  LA  police have asked the coroner’s office not to release the full text of the report or any further details while they complete their investigation.
