British singer Amy Winhouse was reportedly found dead at her London home Saturday. Winehouse, 27, is best known for releasing albums like “Frank” and “Back to Black”. Of the two, it was the latter that brought her to fame, being nominated six times during the Grammy Awards where it won 5.

The five wins made Winehouse the first female artist to achieve such a feat, also making her the first British recording artist to do it.

Winehouse just got our of rehab in preparation for a series of concerts in Europe. She has been known to have alcohol and drug issues.
