Three performers who were scheduled to have a rocking summer concert series, had to cancel a few of their shows because of an illness.

Half of Adele’s tour date in the US were cancelled due to laryngitis in June. The sought-after singer had to rest her voice the rest of the month and was definitely sorry this had to happen. A lot of people had been looking forward to her shows.

Katy Perry was the second performer to cancel some of her shows, which is a part of an ongoing world tour. The singer has had food poisoining and was forced to reschedule her Chicago and St Paul, ­Minnesota shows to a later date. Hopefully, they can squeeze it in this month, before the singer heads back to the UK.

And Taylor Swift also suffered a setback in her concert series, which actually just kicked off in Kentucky earlier this week. The reports did not say what the actress was afflicted with but the producers have been also forced to scrap a lot of her shows in her US tour. As with Katy Perry, the young singer hopes to reschedule and be back on those states where she missed her show.

The price of being on the road and working late hours….these celebrities are not immune to sickness and may have been fatigued from working too hard just so their fans can hear them perform. We wish they all get better and take good care of their health.
