The X-Men First Class film is currently making a killing the the box office and everyone I know who’ve already watched the movie says it’s excellent and probably the one of the better films to come out this year.

It is already producing one star, in spite of all the other stars in the film (James McAvoy). Women have been swooning over Michael Fassbender, who plays Magneto in the film. He is a German born actor from Ireland who had his first taste for acting on stage as a teenager.

He went to a drama school in London and was spotted by an agent who was willing to sign him right away. Fassbender did commercials before doing stage and television where he played bit parts. Finally, he was cast in “Hunger”. The film drew lots of critical praise in 2008.
