Brangelina On Talking Marriage and Sex With Their Kids
Sometime in 2006, in an interview, Brad Pitt mentioned that marriage with Angelina Jolie will have to wait until everyone who wants to get married would be legally able to do so. He was alluding to gay rights. In context, he was saying that marriage is the least of their priorities.
But it seems that may have all changed now. As his children with Angie have become a lot more older, the actor says they have been asking about their parents’ marriage. Their unconventional set-up, as parents to six children, will have to be reconsidered.
“It’s meaning more and more to them. So it’s something we’ve got to look at,” the actor said about finally fulfilling a vow with his partner for almost six years.
Brad Pitt also shares that even with all the kids in the house, he makes sure that he and Angelina have a romantic time together. They’re quite open to that fact with their kids —
“There are no secrets at our house We tell the kids, ‘Mom and Dad are going off to kiss.’ They go, ‘Eww, gross!’ But we demand it.”
The parents have been shuttling and juggling their time with the children and movie commitments. The family has a home in both LA and France and the kids are all home-schooled with an army of nannies on stand-by (though we see in the press that the parents are quite hands-on too).
“On the road, we’re a military mobile unit. The kids have got their stuff down to one backpack, and they’re each responsible for their own bag. Mom does the packing; she’s quite gifted at that. Puts in just what we need — nothing extra.”
