Here’s the first released photo of actress, Michelle Williams, who is playing Marilyn Monroe in the movie, My Week With Marilyn.

Shooting for the movie began last week in London, with director Simon Curtis and writer Adrian Hodges which is based on the diaries written by Colin Clark. He was a gofer on the set of one of the iconic actress’ movies. He actually wrote two books about Marilyn Monroe, filling this with anecdotes about his being able to witness the actress and the people around her.

The film brags of solid casting with the likes of Julia Ormond playing Vivien Leigh, Kenneth Branagh as Olivier and Emma Watson in a supporting role. Dame Judi Dench is also cast as Sybil Thorndike in the movie.
