The Los Angeles Supreme court today has found Howard K. Stern for contributing to the demise of Anna Nicole Smith. Smith was Stern’s former client and confidant, as well as her lover.

The court gave two counts of conspiracy to the verdict, saying that obtaining prescription drugs that fueled the starlet’s drug addiction, was fraudulent.

The physician who treated Smith was also convicted by the courts.

Sentencing is to be scheduled on January 6…which means that Howard K. Stern is going to prison for a maximum of three years.

The case was deliberated on by the jury for two weeks and was almost declared as a mistrial.
