With huge shake-ups going on at American Idol, Randy Jackson now remains the last judge standing, in spite of reports that he had also been fired along with Kara DioGuardi.

On the news that Jennifer Lopez may be sitting at the judges panel this coming season, Randy says he welcomes the idea as he loves the singer/actress.

Randy may also be sitting next to Steven Tyler in an all new and revamped American Idol, but as of press time, nothing has apparently been signed yet.

Changes to the popular singing contest happened at the beginning of last season when Paula Abdul did not renew her contract and Simon Cowell announced it will be his last year. Ellen DeGeneres meanwhile announced she was leaving the show after being on it for just one season.
