Joss Whedon is taking a break from doing television programs to focus on making films. His latest assignment is for “The Avengers” movie, which is another one of those based from superhero comic books.

The Avengers is a group composed of Captain America, Iron Man, Thor and The Incredible Hulk. This is going to be an all-star ensemble and most likely very big budgeted. It’s one highly anticipated story, and I have so much high hopes this will be delivered great with Joss Whedon behind it.

The announcement of this came yesterday when the award winning writer was present at the Comic Con.

“I will say the thing I love about it, the thing that made me excited to do it, is how counterintuitive it is. These people shouldn’t be in the same room — and that is the very definition of family. I am still writing an outline. I’m still in that stage.”
