Hollywood royalty Angelina Jolie has said in an interview while promoting her latest movie “Salt”, that she would love to be working under Tim Burton. The director, who is known for his quirky movies like “Alice in Wonderland”, is set to direct “Maleficent”, the evil step-mother character of the classic fairy tale, Sleeping Beauty. And Angelina says it would be a dream to play her.

No news or confirmation from reps of Tim Burton or the studio producing the movie. But Maleficent would be another role perfect for the Academy-award winning actress. She has not worked with Tim Burton before and once she does, this will become another accomplishment from her, and possibly, the role that will define and keep her relevant still.
