As she said she will be retiring her daytime talkshow in 2011, Oprah has just announced that it’s not the end of her on TV, as she will be coming up with a new show called “Oprah’s Next Chapter” on her cable channel, OWN. The show will be a one hour nighttime program that will feature a lot of traveling, which is so unlike her daytime format. Some of her celebrity friends will be coming along with her. While the idea is not something new, I think it would be a breath of fresh air for those following Oprah’s show for years.

Oprah says, “”I’m going to take viewers with me, going to take celebrities I want to interview with me.”

It is expected to start airing on the first of January 2011.
