Brittany Murphy’s Death Ruled Accidental
Weeks after her untimely death, coroners have now concluded that Brittany Murphy died of pneumonia. Multiple drug use, however, was a very potent contributing factor as the actress was reportedly “intoxicated” from it. This was according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office who did the autopsy on Murphy, who was found lying in her bathroom last December 30th.
The coroner declared this as accidental.
The specifics of what type of drug it was were not known, although the actress’ husband, Simon Monjack and her mother, Sharon Murphy, have indeed confirmed to the investigators that days before she died, the actress was actually sick with flu.
Mojack also admitted his wife was taking anti-siezure medication and over the counter medicines for this sickness. But denies she had been abusing this.
