Following news that Watchmen may be having a sequel or a prequel, and the much talked about reboot of Spider-man, guess which superhero movie is also getting a new treatment?

According to news reports, Regency productions is planning to remake the movie that starred Ben Affleck back in the late 90′s.

Yes, Daredevil is getting its own new treatment. I’m not even sure if the film needs it. Did the first one even have a good following? I don’t even remember watching it.

According to Deadline Hollywood, the reason for this is —- “Hollywood studios with Marvel superheroes need to keep reinventing these Marvel movie franchises or the rights revert back to Disney-based Marvel.”

The studio needs to beat a deadline, before the rights or franchise expires.
