The new movie will star Jonah Hill, the comedian, who has recently stated this version would remind us of “a John Hughes movie with Bad Boys style action…I wouldn’t make it if it wouldn’t be awesome.”

Johnny Depp starred in the TV version, which actually started off his career. He left the show some three years afterwards to do movies and was replaced by Richard Grieco.

The directors of the film also said, Grieco is welcome to do any role for the movie, if he wants to, like their condition for Johnny Depp.
