Youth Actors Saluted for Charity Work

Cordin Bleu will be one of five artists below the age of 25 years old who will be honored at Variety’s Power of Youth event on December 5th. He will be recognize for his charity work, in front of 700 guests. The celebration will be held at the Paramount lot. The other four celebrities include Miranda Cosgrove, Jesse McCartney, AnnaLynne McCord and KeKe Palmer.

The event will feature live performances and it will include plenty of children and families of the beneficiaries of Starlight Children’s Foundation and LA’s Best.

In addition to this, an annual auction will be held in an attempt to raise funds for these beneficiaries. The auction will include walk-in roles in TV programs, lunches with young actors and tickets to a slew of Hollywood events. The auction will begin by November 30th.

The event, Power of Youth, is held annual to encourage celebrities to support humanitarian causes. The likes of Miley Cyrus, the Jonas Brothers, Selena Gomez and Hillary Duff are just some of the stars connected to this philanthropic cause. This would have to be the third year.
