Ben Stiller is known for his comedy films such as Tropic Thunder, Night of Museums and the Fockers. Teaming up with Noah Baumbach for the movie, Greenberg, though, has brought out a different Stiller.

The movie has shades of an indie flick and is yet another mid-life crisis centric drama. Stiller plays Greenberg, a slacker who has no desire of making something of his life. Greenberg also stars Greta Gerwig as his love interest and Rhys Ifans (from Notting Hill) as his sane friend.

If this is any indication that Stiller is going to reinvent his career and take on serious roles, that’s not really the case. He’s still going back to completing the Focker trilogy next year.
