It’s about time!  There are only 5 months and 16 days left until the movie opens, people (not that I’m counting…).  The official Twilight Saga: New Moon website is finally up as of yesterday, 6/3.

It’s pretty nice.  It has the black background with gold writing, and it’s easy to navigate with the links spread across the top (though if your monitor tends to be dark, they can be kind of hard to see).   

The home page has the official poster, then there’s an “About” page which gives a decent plot summary.  The downloads page has widgets, posters and wallpaper (no sneak-listens to the soundtrack yet), and you can share it through Facebook, Twitter, Digg and all the rest.  And if you’re one of the 2 people on the planet who doesn’t own the Twilight DVD, you can buy it here.

Then you can also register and get on the mailing list, which I did.  I expect to be the first to know any breaking news about New Moon because I have done this.  I’ll let you know.

Both these screencaps are from www.horror-movies.ca, not from the New Moon Movie Site, though you could get them there, since they’re just caps of the teaser.  Mostly, I just thought Jacob deserved some shirtless time, since Edward’s already had a bunch.
