Slapping my open palm to my forehead
I’m a serious film scholar, yada yada, but I like to look at pretty dresses as much as the next girl. But looking always makes me have to ask, “Why does someone with money like that dress like that?”
For example, this absolutely stunning Christian La Croix gown, worn by Dita Von Teese. It’s amazing, and she looks amazing in it. So WHAT is with the little bow? You might as well disfigure this work of art with a neon sign and flashing arrow pointing to her (as one commenter put it) coochie region.
People, you have money, you have looks, you have figures the rest of us would die for. You have world class designers lined up to have you showcase their dresses. Could you at least pretend to have some class to go along with the rest?

Since both of the above are Christian LaCroix, maybe the problem is with the designers and not with the actresses.
