Could this possibly be the best looking couple EVER?  Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy have been dating for a year, and are now planning to get married.  Danes is known for her work in The Family Stone, Shopgirl, T-3, and most especially, Romeo + Juliet with Leonardo Dicaprio.  Dancy was the dreamy Prince Char in Ella Enchanted,  but has also made his mark in both serious and comic roles such as those in King Arthur, Blood and Chocolate, and Black Hawk Down (is that not the best young male cast ever assembled?).
