Britney Spears is Comeback Story of the Year
On the verge of practically breaking down, Britney Spears was virtually a drowning diva all because of bad life choices. She lost her family due to psychological reasons but you have to give credit to this pop diva for fending off all these things and making an illustrious re-entry into the celebrity and showbiz scene.
Thanks to her latest album titled “Circus”, she romped away with awards at the Video Music Awards. Despite a tumultuous start in 2008 that included custody battles with estranged ex-husband Kevin Federline, it looks like Spears has gotten her act together. Who knows what 2009 holds for this revived diva?
BRITNEY SPEARS’ DOWNWARD SPIRAL: Though by year’s end Spears had rebounded with a new album and successful TV appearances, her 2008 started at a low point. After a custody dispute with Kevin Federline, Spears was hospitalized and held for psychiatric evaluation. The chaos eventually subsided and in November she released the aptly titled album “Circus.”

I think she was just having a really hard time when all that stuff was going on. We wouldn’t want to have it spread all over the world every time we did something a little strange.
